Grace Place exists to enhance the quality of life of people with mild to moderate memory loss and provide respite for their caregivers.
Grace Place meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week from 10 AM until 2 PM. Each participant has a one-on-one volunteer who guides him/her through structured activities, including music, arts and chair exercises. Snacks and a hot lunch are provided.
A qualified participant must be able to move about on his/her own, (wheelchair/walker accepted) and be able to feed themselves and see to their bathroom needs without help. The daily participation fee is $30.00 and includes all supplies and lunch. Caregivers are billed at the end of each month in arrears. (However no qualified participant will be turned away because of ability to pay.)
